These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Imperium’s services and website. By working with us, you agree to the following:
1. Services
We provide marketing and lead generation services as described in our service agreement. Results may vary based on market conditions and client participation.
2. Payments
Fees are billed per the service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of service. Ad spend is billed directly by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta).
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate business info
- Respond to leads in a timely manner
- Use the platform and CRM ethically and legally
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, campaigns, and systems developed remain the intellectual property of Imperium unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England.
